Circle of Security Parenting (CoSP) group program is a relationship-based parenting program that helps caregivers better understand their child’s emotional needs and build stronger, more secure connections.
This program is delivered over 7 weekly sessions. It provides practical tools and insights to support a deeper sense of trust, connection, and security in your relationship with your child, and help you to navigate parenting challenges with more confidence and less guilt.
The CoSP program is grounded in decades of research on attachment and child development.
Steph delivers the CoSP online and in person. Program cost is $440, Medicare rebate may be applicable. Payment plan options available if you’d prefer to spread it out.

Individual therapy session fee is $220. Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP then you are able to claim a rebate of $145.25 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. This makes the out-of-pocket expense (with rebate) $74.75 per session.
Steph offers psychology sessions in person and via Zoom video. In person sessions are located within the Gold Coast Counselling Centre in Robina.
Private health insurance rebates may be available if you have private health insurance, please contact your insurer directly regarding clinical psychology sessions.
Circle of Security Parenting (CoSP) group program fee is $440. This includes the seven sessions. Partners or grandparents are encouraged to join at no extra cost. Medicare rebate for sessions may be applicable. Payment options available.
